This has been quite a unique year in that our weather turned not warm, but hot, and it turned hot during early March; we’ve seen much of our seasonal visitors and potential buyers flee the warm weather which may have affected sales numbers throughout the Valley. Even with the lower sales volume, Moon Valley home values for the month of March ended up to be higher than February’s average home values, with other monthly sales stats noted below:
