There were 31 September 2015 sold homes in Desert Ridge and included five Desert Ridge condominiums in Bella Monte, Toscana and La Verne. The remaining 26 sold Desert Ridge homes were in various single family detached property subdivisions within Desert Ridge.
Desert Ridge values are starting to move higher at a more steady pace. We saw homes this month sell over the $200 per sq ft threshold and with 2015 Desert Ridge home sale activity being strong since the beginning of the year, comparative values are starting to reflect that activity. With the Black Mountain Boulevard project well under way, and with top ranked Paradise Valley Unified School District schools like Pinnacle High School, Fireside Elementary School, Wildfire Elementary School, Desert Trails Elementary School and Explorer Middle School as well as all the shopping, dining and entertainment amenities Desert Ridge Marketplace has to offer, there is tremendous appeal to north Phoenix home buyers.
The JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa, and the shopping and dining at High Street add additional options for Desert Ridge homeowners and continue to help support much of the new growth in Desert Ridge that’s just around the corner.
