Of the 2014 homes sold in Fireside, 10 were Fireside at Desert Ridge Triplex condominiums and the remaining 63 properties were detached Fireside at Desert Ridge homes in other Fireside villages. The number of active Fireside listings is still low and even with signs of inventory trickling onto the market, buyer activity in Fireside has greatly increased from what we saw in 2014.
