Landmark Group, a Canadian based company residential builder, has chosen an interior downtown Scottsdale parcel to launch its first development in the United States home building market.
Landmark Group has built approximately 15,000 homes in Canada and the company has now chosen to make its United States debut in Scottsdale Arizona where it proposes to build a 27 unit condo complex. The site plan was approved by the Scottsdale Development Review Board last week and the project is slated to break ground sometime in October.
Aerium, the name of the condominium complex, will include five 3-story buildings with each unit having a garage. Aerium will include amenities such as a lap pool, an organic garden, outdoor cooking facilities and over 19,200 sq ft of open space.
