I wanted to update all of you Desert Ridge Marketplace fans with the latest in Desert Ridge dining and of course the fact that I love to eat has no bearing whatsoever on my decision to write this article. Right.
Remembering the name Cafe at Desert Ridge shouldn’t be too difficult when presented a list of all the other Desert Ridge restaurants. Conceived by Mario Krujas who is the former owner of Bobbie’s Cafe in Sun City Arizona, Cafe at Desert Ridge offers breakfast and lunch every day of the week and our understanding is that with exception to the pasta and ice cream, everything on the menu is made from scratch. We did read that Mario is shopping for equipment that will allow him to make the pasta and ice cream from scratch so it seems as though there are more good things to come from this new establishment.
The Cafe at Desert Ridge is located in the corporate center across the street from the Desert Ridge Marketplace and is open daily between the hours of 6 a.m. and 4 p.m.
