On the map below we have highlighted the site and the blue dots represent resales that have closed in 2014 that were the original construction. Those 5 resale villas closed between $580,000 and $775,000. The green dot represents an active villa resale on the market for $649,000.
While Camelot has not released their pricing for these villas, we would expect them to be in the $700,000 based on the current resale product. These villas are single level and have private courtyards and charming brick drives. They will range from 1900 square feet to 2,400 square feet. There are both 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom floorplans.
