Sales volume numbers for 2013 were very, very close to those of 2012 with North Scottsdale home sales dropping only 2% and North Scottsdale custom homesite sales rising 3% between the two years.
Although total sales of units each year remained somewhat level, average sales pricing for North Scottsdale real estate (homes and custom homesites) increased by approximately 10% between 2012 and the end of 2013. Low inventory levels for home may account for increased home sales pricing and for the lots, there just seems to be buyers coming back to the market.
