For the first time since 2008, Moon Valley will be one of the hosts for a North Phoenix fireworks show. On July 3rd at approximately 8:45pm, the 2013 Independence Day Moon Valley fireworks show will be held at the Moon Valley Country Club.
The fireworks should be able to be seen from pretty much anywhere in the Moon Valley community. I plan on hiking up the west side of Lookout Mountain with my kids where we should have a grand view of the show.
If you are a Moon Valley Country Club member, you should think about hitting the Old Fashioned 4th of July BBQ which is actually on Wednesday July 3rd where there will be an All-American Buffet loaded with burgers, dogs, fried chicken, baked beans, slaw and much, much more. I think you probably have a good idea as to what I’m talking about.
