CityCenter of CityNorth includes a five acre parcel of land on the west side of 56th St just north of the Loop 101. The Desert Ridge development also includes approximately 100 CityNorth condos which are currently being leased as CityNorth apartments. For office and retail space, CityCenter of CityNorth has a six level parking garage, 175,000 sq ft of main floor retail space and 330,000 sq ft of office space.
The new owners of CityCenter of CityNorth have big plans for their new Desert Ridge real estate holdings and if everything goes as planned, CityCenter of CityNorth should attract a daily population of approximately 3,000.
