As of the date of this blog post, there are only 12 Aviano at Desert Ridge homes for sale. Two of the Aviano homes for sale are priced below $300,000 and are within the Villages at Aviano community.
The remaining 10 Aviano homes for sale are priced between $475,000 and $1,000,000 and vary in size between 2,700 sq ft and 4,700 sq ft.
