Even as Desert Ridge home sales numbers have slowed down over the past 60 days, new Desert Ridge homes for sale inventory has slowed down even more. There seem to be more Desert Ridge property closings than there are new listings coming back onto the market to replenish supply and as a result, out of approximately 5,700 homes, there are currently only 88 Desert Ridge homes for sale that are not yet under contract. With for sale inventory at only 1.5% of total available homes, interested buyers of Desert Ridge real estate need to move quickly when trying to contract a property of interest.
On the average, 38 Desert Ridge homes have sold each month over the past six months (May through October). And we may very well see Desert Ridge real estate sales numbers rise as we enter 2013. So unless we see more homeowners offering their Desert Ridge homes, condos or townhomes for sale, we may run through the bulk of the Desert Ridge property supply and hit all time inventory lows.
