As of the date of this post, there are currently only eight Desert Ridge condos for sale priced at or below $250,000 all of which are listed in either Toscana at Desert Ridge or La Verne at Desert Ridge, both tremendous Desert Ridge condominium communities.
The Desert Ridge for sale units vary in size and price with the lowest priced condo listing at $159,000 measuring 803 sq-ft in size, and the highest priced listing at $249,000 and measuring 1,392 sq-ft in size.
Inventory is still relatively thin and we are now entering the condo buying season. If you’re considering a Desert Ridge condo purchase in North Phoenix, now may be a good time to start looking.
