Desert Ridge condo inventory seems lower than normal and as we transition from Summer into Fall and Winter, our feeling is that the number of Desert Ridge condos for sale will not grow over the next nine months.

We suspect short-term inventory may increase after the year-end holidays; sellers may be waiting until the beginning of the year to list their Desert Ridge condos for sale due to the spike in seasonal visitors we experience between mid January and the end of May. However, with more seasonal buyers in town, we typically experience more of a shortage of inventory; we’ll be watching and keeping you up to date.

Currently (as of the date of this post), the current Desert Ridge condominium inventory is as follows:

The prices on the available inventory begin with a $164,000 803 sq ft Toscana condo at the low end and go up to a $548,644 2,506 sq ft Toscana condo at the high end. Pricing seems to be averaging close to $200/sq ft.
