Well it is Spring of 2012 and here we are again, relaxing at the central court in the Desert Ridge Marketplace under dozens of perfectly manicured date palms; we must have some of the best Spring weather in the Southwestern United States.
From what we can witness, Desert Ridge property owners as well as Scottsdale and Cave Creek residents and visitors are really enjoying owning or leasing real estate in such close proximity to the Desert Ridge Marketplace.
Located in North Phoenix Arizona, the Desert Ridge Marketplace is home to not only great stores, fabulous shopping, and delicious dining, but it is a hub for the areas youth. As we peer across the court, we can see perhaps a dozen or more children under the age of 10 running around in the central court water fountain feature while parents relax in comfortable lounge chairs lining the perimeter.
Even with the bright lights and the uplifting colors of the Marketplace shops, it’s extremely difficult not to notice that there is a smile on the face of every individual here this evening.
There are only two areas like this in Phoenix, Cave Creek, and Scottsdale Arizona. The first is Kierland Commons, located on the northwest corner of Greenway and Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale. A great place with an inviting environment, Kierland Commons offers visitors and local home owners enough dining, and shopping opportunities to make someone almost forget that they have to go home at some point.
But when North Phoenix property owners received the Desert Ridge Marketplace, they were pleasantly surprised that not only did the Marketplace offer comparable dining and shopping to Kierland Commons, but the Desert Ridge Marketplace also offered entertainment and theatres which as all of us parents know, suits our younger generation much more than dining and shopping alone.
