The community center at Fireside at Desert Ridge, a North Phoenix Arizona Del Webb real estate community, received the 2008 Gold Nugget Award. Based out of California, the Gold Nugget is a 14-state regional award recognizing achievements in design and land-use planning for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
