There were 31 June 2015 sold Moon Valley homes which included three Moon Valley condos, 54 detached Moon Valley homes and three Moon Valley townhomes. Average list and sales pricing came back up to be more in line with what we have been seeing prior to May 2015 sales. Moon Valley real estate seems so relatively underpriced.
