There were 63 sold Aviano Desert Ridge homes during 2023, 10 fewer sold properties this year than the Aviano Desert Ridge homes sold during 2022. Of the total homes sold in Aviano during 2023, approximately 46% were Desert Ridge condominium townhomes in Villages at Aviano with the remaining sold properties being detached Aviano Desert Ridge homes in other Aviano villages.

The number of active listings remains relatively low and even with signs of inventory trickling onto the market, buyer activity in Aviano remains very strong during this past 12 months. For 2023 in Aviano at Desert Ridge, we saw a 4.1% decrease in sales value compared to Aviano Desert Ridge homes sold during 2022 with an anticipated increase in days on market for all Aviano Desert Ridge homes, from 42 days in 2022 to 63 days in 2023.
