For the year of 2013 there were 412 Desert Ridge homes that sold which was only 29 fewer than the previous year. Average list and sales pricing was approximately $20/sq ft higher than the average list and sales pricing for 2012 Desert Ridge homes closed.
Please note that our measure defining the extents of Desert Ridge homes includes only the real estate that lies between Pinnacle Peak Road on the North side and the Loop 101 on the South side including all property up to 56th Street with the boundary on the West being Cave Creek Road. We do not include any of the homes South of the Loop 101 in our Desert Ridge property sales numbers.
For the year 2013 the Desert Ridge real estate sold included 58 Desert Ridge condos, 320 Desert Ridge detached single family homes and 34 Desert Ridge townhomes. Once again, these sold homes lie in the highly sought after area of North Phoenix, on the North side of the Loop 101 with Tatum Boulevard splitting the master planned community in half.
