Construction of Terravita homes began in 1994 and lasted until about 1998. The Terravita community in North Scottsdale’s postal code of 85266 was designed to accommodate a diverse base of full-time and part-time home owners.
Terravita Golf and Country Club was built around a Billy Casper and Greg Nash designed 18-hole golf course. The club house includes a recently remodeled fitness center, an excellent and informal restaurant with stellar Sonoran Desert views and a heated saltwater pool open year around. Terravita may also be one of the most lush and densely vegetated communities in this part of North Scottsdale.
