North Scottsdale home sales volume for 2012 stayed relatively level when compared to North Scottsdale home sales volume during 2011. Inventory has been and still remains very low so buyers may want to be ready to contract if they see a property that fits their needs.

North Scottsdale custom lot sales picked up some momentum compared to what was sold during 2011 and at current numbers, North Scottsdale custom lot sales volume is getting closer to that of 2005.
